Mandi's “Wanna Be” Chocolate Shake (High Protein Smoothie)


  • Ingredients:
  • 3-4 Large Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup + 1/4 Cup if needed Almond Milk I like Califia Farms ‘Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Almond Milk’- mainly because of the freakin cute packaging! Any other type of milk will also work as a replacement.
  • 3 Large fresh strawberries
  • 1 ½ Frozen Bananas *I peel slightly browned bananas in bulk and half them into freezer bags for easy access.
  • Cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder *my favorites are Chocolate Shakeologyand Ideal Shake powders


  1. Blend together ice cubes, almond milk, strawberries, frozen bananas, creamy peanut butter, and scoop of protein powder in blender until smooth. If the shake is too thick for your blender, add additional almond milk until it reaches desired consistency. Transfer to your favorite cup, glass, or on-the-go water bottle-- insert straw, and enjoy!
