A simple, delicious tropical green smoothie made with coconut water, cucumber, green apple, spinach, kale, pineapple, and mango. Add wheatgrass powder, ginger, and lime if you'd like!
First blend coconut water, cucumber and green apple until combined into liquid.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth! You may need to add a little more coconut water to get your blender going.
This recipe is really flexible and I rarely measure any of the ingredients! Try adding frozen banana and/or a scoop of avocado to make it extra creamy. You could also add a scoop of unflavored plant based protein powder.
